This us a great little theatre and exhibition space, never dais to entertain. It's a old converted barn that feels tucked into a housing estate but it's actually surrounded by trees and sports facilities, I think it depends on which way you approach it from. Nice coffee or alcohol area, pretty good selection too. Ice creams and cake frequently on sale. Very often there is a exhibition of art or sculpture and nearly always a cabinet or jewellery to enjoy.
The theatre is fantastic and all seats have good views, pretty good legroom too and the acoustics are great.
Very wood centered so it feels calming and warm, staff are always friendly so that helps with the enjoyment of whatever you've come to see. Good general facilities.

The show was fantastic
It was our first visit and we really liked it! The show felt intimate, and the seating was comfortable and well spaced. The bar area was lovely. And all of the staff were great!

Amazing small venue, capacity approx 175. Fantastic staff and facilities. Music sound quality is very good. PLays and comedy very much worth it. Very reasonably priced tickets and the small bar works very well and good pricing for that too.
I love this place and I am really keen to continue supporting Minstead Trust through my Hanger Farm membership, however, the last two shows we have attended have had significant issues with sound (Ragdolls and Take That with Robbie Williams). As locals, we’ve been seeing shows here for a while now and this appears to be a new problem. Both acts were excellent but appeared to be fighting to be heard above the base which was extremely loud and distorting the overall sound. Such a shame. The volunteers were a delight as usual but could not assist with the problem. We have tickets booked for future shows so hopefully the sound will be better then and we can continue to enjoy fantastic events on our doorstep in this amazing venue.

Plenty of parking and a truly excellent sound that both bands I was seeing loved.
Had our wedding reception at Hanger Farm on Saturday 9th September. Was the most beautiful day! Staff are brilliant! Throughout the run up to the wedding they were happy to answer any questions we had! Amazing beautiful space you get and worth every penny you pay! Can not thank the team enough!!
